The GC wanted to cut out decks and other marketable features. Working with Dave and his CDK team, we were able to get the project under budget without making any significant changes to the design. Dave’s expertise in multifamily housing was of significant value throughout the design process. His relationships and procurement skills, led to significant savings with subs and supplier and proved instrumental in getting the GC on board, the deal closed, and construction under way. Their material procurement services resulted in substantial savings to our projects. In many instances as result of their extensive industry experience CDK was able to procure materials that the general contractor and sub-contractors were not able to source. In addition to providing thoughtful design ideas, CDK was able to quickly design CAD level drawings for project amenities that may have been overlooked during the initial design phase.
