Project Overview: We led the value engineering review, helped the Owner to select the general contractor, and coordinated all sub-contractor & supply bids. Corso Apartments is a 224 unit multifamily project is located in Missoula, Montana. It consists of seven buildings spread over nine acres and features studio, one- and two-bedroom apartment homes with resort-style amenities, a large clubhouse (3,600 sq ft), fitness center, pool, and an on-site community garden..
Unit Amenities: Studio, one- and two-bedroom apartment homes with 9-foot-high ceilings. Kitchens and bathrooms feature slate gray and laminate counters, as well as shaker style cabinets. All units are equipped with energy-efficient stainless-steel appliances (including dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator), air conditioner, washer/dryer, and a private patio or balcony.
